I haven't got a route, but I regularly ride around Hitchin/Luton. There are some lovely roads and views around the villages of Whitwell, Preston, Shillington and Hexton, and there is a great little hill (with its own local Hill Climb race) near Barton-Le-Clay on Sharpenhoe Road.
