Could I get someones opinion on this. I'm completely new to SS/bikes in general and was wondering whether this is a good shout? The listing doesn't give any indication of age/what type of tubing etc Hoping a keen eye could suss it out.
Thanks!

^^Is anyone on here bidding on this? I'm sorely tempted.

Great one here. Am sorely tempted; wanted a modern steel Scapin for ages. Sadly it's about a size too big for me.

Good value 62cm Bob Jackson with what looks like big front tyre clearance

Good value
Chainstay's rusted right through!

'The chainstay has developed a small rust hole' how cute!

Anyone on here got a large track frame they would consider parting ways with?

Didn't even look at the pics. Should have!

Just built up this late 80's Raleigh, fitted a later Shimano Exage Sport 12 speed groupset and serviced everything... It's 62cm c-t-c, so looking for a long legged new owner... Will create a thread for it shortly, but as it's pretty large thought I'd mention it here first, please PM if interested.

Not mine, and nothing special but looks like it might go cheap

Thanks man, will keep an eye on it :)

Did you get it?

Nah missed it, got distracted by work. The search continues!

I hate when I get distracted by work.

I got outbid on the above in the last 3 seconds.
I'm also after a large track frame, 62/63cm would be ideal. My current frame is 60cm but my knee is beginning to suffer and I've been too stubborn to let it go. -

What are you riding at the moment?

I posted the frame on the identification thread a few years back, the only frames like it I've seen have the same paint job but different geometry and tubing. Please excuse the mud and filth.

I have a Gazelle Champion Mondiale AA Special in 531c tubing. Measurements are:
Seat tube 60cm C-C, 61.5cm C-T.
Top tube 58cm
Head tube 18.5cmThe paint is really ugly and badly faded in some parts. There are also some pretty bad rust spots in other area. However, I've worked on the worst of the rust spots with wet&dry for ~15mins and it cleaned up well. Most importantly the rust is all surface rust and has not started attacking the tubing. The chroming on the stays is generally good, and the Gazelle headbadge is present and in good condition.
I got it from a Dutch friend who had been using it only on a turbo trainer the past few years, which explains the rust and messy paint. The fork isn't original, I don't think, but the chrome is ok, after a bit of cleaning. I have all the headset parts (not in great condition, but usable) and all threads are BSC.
The frame would look great re-done as a single colour with the original chroming left as-is I'd say - good project for someone. In light of the work needed, I was thinking £50?
Cheers,
Gareth.

I have a 64cm ST (60cm TT) Canyon Ultimate CF frameset in white which I might be willing to let go for 'the right money' the BB shell needs re-bonding (£100) but I've been riding it all winter on the turbo no fuss.

It's not massive (a bit too small for me unfortunately) but there's nice MX Leader here. No bids so it might go for a song.

Bit of a messy build component wise, but surprised that didn't sell at 750, unless he sold it locally and pulled the listing...
I could have owned a serotta!
