Reynolds list 531 Professional as circa 1900g, 753R circa 1800g for one assumes medium size tubesets. You would think some 853 tubesets are lighter still.
I'm out of touch on steel fork weights, I had some straight leg high end Reynolds forks off my 60cm Raleigh titanium which were c.550g.
I've a Vitus gti triple butted in a 57 which is 2000g sans fork.
There are a few Columbus tubesets that should get you close also.
Dedacciai also make some nice lightweight tubesets.
As for price, you could pick up a scabby looking but sound frame for peanuts but I'd be certain you could get something on here for not a lot.
