I've outlined the self supported urban 'trail' marathon route in mcr on the off chance anyone fancies it as a tourist later in the year.
There's a couple of road crossings where any hope of a closed route style flying pb will be crushed, just so you know, otherwise it's all traffic free.
Will make a more detailed route map / gpx for any visitors, and there may well be coffee & cake in abundance at my house that day.
