Tredz have taken the biscuit with an order for a different project. Ordered item, they send faulty item, clearly used (torn packaging, scratches to item from on bike use etc) and even include the shitty letter and return form from the previous customer. When I complained they said they don't have any other stock, would I like a similar item that's much shitter, and cheaper, but for the same price? Jesus wept...
