• @HoKe In my experience those 3T wheels are great. Spin really well and do hold speed, if that's such a thing. I have not broken spokes, nor have they gone out of true. But they do use very thin Pillar spokes, which do have a habit of snapping in a poor build. Admittedly they have lived in a box in my parents garage in Sydney for the past year so cant comment on real durability. I put about 5000 k's on them before leaving them there.

    Which leads me to superstar. I have a set of Pave 28's for everyday and they're fine but I did snap multiple spokes on the rear. They use they same thin pillar spoke. I also have to tweak them to keep them true quite often. And they're a bit flexy.

    I'm a very average rider though, 75kg and no massive sprint power so... does that help?
