Did you get tested for clotting factors?
There's only meant to be a small increase in risk with V Leiden Heterozygous (1 parent) but a large increase in risk if both parents have the gene (Homorozygous) or something like that? But I guess if you stack on top of the gene mutation a love for fucking up my body and you have my probs.
Wondering now if I should bother seeing GP for a doc appointment to get more info or just live with it?

Well, it's hereditary so yes, at least one parent.
