Anytime I buy a used frame I'll always have it looked by a builder...they can spot things that I can't. Guess it's a piece of mind thing....kind of like buying a used car and having an auto body shop look it over for previous crash damage.Yeah, I'm running what I can. I have one good 28mm Conti GP and one worn 23mm Gatorskin. The 28mm GP will fit in the rear but no chance in the front...I'm going to try and run a 25mm GP in the front but it will be tight. The 23mm Gatorskin only has around 4mm of gap between the crown.

swap them tyres over.
you should never buy a frame that needs tweaking by a frame builder
