First time travelling south over the Blackfriars bridge cycle lane.
Witnessed two very close calls as cyclists turned right immediately in front of oncoming cyclists.
Will take the road tomorrow

Went via E+C cycle lane going north towards london bridge but I went along by the bus stops then right as it seemed the right way but then the path just vanished and I ended up on a shared use toucan crossing facing towards old kent road, it kinda sucked to get back on route too.
Nice ride home was in Haringey and had to go via Leyton to drop some keys off so went along a canal into leyton then back on some canal and stuff and by the olympics and then all along CS2 till london bridge.

I think he wants a route to go from West Norwood to Bank. But I may be a bit rusty with my yoot lingo.

Was in Greenwich Park at 6.00am, walking the dog.
There was a group of cyclists preparing for a ride to Paris.
Absolutely glorious morning for it.
I'm off to Whitechapel, not quite the same thing.

Warm today, innit? The jacket was too much.
Good ride though, fresh from participating in the democratic process.
One near miss - lorry swinging out left to pass a right-turning car in front of him without checking. Tried to catch him up to have words, but the lights fell in his favour.
And it looks like they're actually painting better lines on the junction just north of Southwark Bridge where I had my run-in with that copper yesterday. Why they're choosing to do it in rush hour is anyone's guess, but hey-ho. Hopefully the outcome will be no cars in that lane anymore.

Have to train it today.
Trains in and out of Waterloo cancelled. Clapham Junction evacuated due to overcrowding.
Will have to bus wanker it all the way to Richmond. Fuuuuuuuuuuu......

Apparently I cut someone up twice this morning....he had a pretty loud freewheel, so I'm sure I would have heard him.
Don't follow too close next time and stay out of peoples blind spots.

Wasn't there some sort of fire at Vauxhall?

Lovely weather, distinct lack of cars and taxis (assuming because of weather). Glorious!
Apart from the artic. that got itself wedged on the Bermondsey St/ Tower Bridge Rd turn -

Yeah. Mutibillion pound transport network shut down by a little electrical fault. Billions of economic output to be lost as everyone looks at long journey to work and decide to sack it off and go sit outside at the nearest pub all afternoon whilst providing fake status updates on company email. #allinittogether

Should have done this ^. Feel like a right lemon in the half empty office while my SW non cycling buddies are no doubt already on their second breakfast stubby.

It was a rather large signal cable fire in Vauxhall at 2-35 this morning.
So all the juice had to turned off.
landlords of Lambeth rejoice.

Balls, I just realised that I forgot my face thingy to keep the flies out of my mouth on the ride home.

Absolute glorious silence in Stepney this morning, just the sun beating and the birds. Dunno if that set the tone for the rest of the morning but had one of the best rides in in a long time. Coffee outside San Marino to welcome the day. Glorious.
10/10. Don't want to keep this job but don't want to lose this commute.

Half the lines between Waterloo and CJ will be out for at least the rest of today.
Felt tired this morning so had wondered about getting the train in after voting. Luckily I'd heard about SWT being fucked which was enough to make me go with my original plan of a
BorisKen Bike Brick session:-- Short walk from polling station to nearest Ken Bike station
- Ride 8km in to London, dump Ken Bike at Millbank and run the last 2.5km in to the office
- KB station at Millbank was full, ended up dropping it off near St Thomas' Hospital
- So only ran the last 1km in
9/10. Would Ken Bike Brick Session again.
- Short walk from polling station to nearest Ken Bike station
Yeah, that's the one. I'm hoping it encourages them to extend the track towards Westminster bridge past Lambeth North, which'd be nice.
