Works without problem, but manual says it shouldn't be upside down if it's raining... but I'll insulate both cable entries in the lights. Also the beam is round, so no problem running it upside down or sideways.
I prefer to have it there to readjust the light if there is oncoming traffic or fast descents. But at the fork would work great anyway
Does the triple work ok mounted upside down? As it's an off-road light maybe it doesn't have the directional lens but the road versions would be very ineffective mounted upside down, I think it explicitly tells you not to in the manual.
