ild reply to the wierd email with a reaction that it is handled by paypal uk and that they can get all their info through them. no specifics, but it can't come back to bite you.
shocking though that when its indeed an official email from pp singapore.
maybe also contact pp uk bout the email? or fwd it to their antiphishing dept to check if legit?
