    If your bike is used on the road it needs foot retention and a front break.

    If it were to be used on the track it would need foot retention.

    The position is unsustainable.

    The wheels are terrible.

    Your gearing is too low and your chain too weak.

    The handlebars need taping.

    It would need a change of handlebar position, since UCI regulation article 1.3.023 prohibits the hand below the top of the tyre and the bar extending more than 10cm ahead of the front wheel axis.
