Wow it'd be interesting to investigate those bad grammar emails from 'paypal' in a bit more detail. Are you sure the were from actual PayPal?

Here's what it says, with the claim number and details at the top. I believe the email is a proper PayPal one? I got 2 which said exactly the same thing. Mentions Singapore at the bottom so might be from PayPal in Singapore? It mentions nothing about it on the claims page online and the guy on the phone assured me that I'd definitely get my refund if I sent it off

Bike has now been collected and is in transit! I got some weird emails from paypal supposivly which were asking for more details on the case which got me worried. They were weird because the grammar was off and a few of the sentences didn't make sense. Phoned PayPal and they just said ignore them and send it so all is sorted now! Just have to wait for my refund and I can find something new :~)
