What is it? Dry lube that has a liquid carrier that evaporates?

Similar to that teflon lube I use on Speedplay cleats?

i'm not sure, never used it yet.
Only got told this was better than regular lube

I don't like dry lube.

I just don't trust anything that doesn't fuck up my carpet every time I work on a bike...
