this is as near to adventures as I get now- overnight trips with a toddler.
just changed gatorskins to marathon plus 1.5 for a plusher ride (especially for the guy on the back who can't see the bumps coming) and now thinking we need more gear range and maybe disc brakes for all our weight when we head to the peak district.
gearing is 1x9 so I guess I can squeeze a bigger cassette on a mtb mech?
discs ideally will be cable operated so I can service myself- any recommendations?
