Usual 10k training run, a tiny bit slower but HR way down on normal which is nice.
Reading 80/20[1] at the moment so happy with running slower than I want, although not sure quite how relevant and useful 80/20 is for someone at my shit level. Right now I just need to focus on getting rid of 10kg.

Just how many times can you see the number 80 on each and every bloody page. Did I mention the 80/20 split recently, or the fact that elite runners then to do 80% of their running at low intensity and 20% at medium or high intensity? The book doesn't need to be more than 30 pages if that (and without the training plans) but has been fluffed out to be book sized.
