Dent in top tube

So i just noticed i have a dent in my top tube. No idea how this could happen .
I assume it's still safe to ride?

That dent falls into the Ermmm category. It's not so small that you'd get "don't worry about it mate" and it's not so big that you'd get "RIP, Bianchi" responses. I'd take it to a frame builder or very reputable bike shop.

Just ride it, not like it is anywhere critical.

Ally frame, so more likely to crack if the the dent turns into an edge (impossible to see in that photo). See @Dammit and his cannondale. That said, you'll know if it's happened, so I'd just keep riding.
