What's the difference with semi and integrated? Both work?
Semi-integrated is sometimes a synonym for zero stack, but it can also mean a frame with proprietary inserts between the headtube and the bearing cartridges. They quite often use the same cartridges as integrated ones, but there are numerous variations.
If you use google, you will find about a million articles on Langster headsets. There are also several variants of Langster in different materials, I doubt that they all use exactly the same headset.
Once you have established exactly what you have at the moment, it will become much easier to discover what you need to replace it.

This is now worrying me.
As far as I can see, it's about a 2011 frame. Dark green with white panels for the decals. Can I just replace the bearings?
It's really notchy when turning and any preload locks it up worse. Can't afford a lbs to look at it really
where can I get a cheap headset for a langster, integrated 1 1/8
