Free-cycle fixed rear wheel

I've got a v sprint quando hub (flip flop) to 40mm silver rim going.
Catch is the hub is a bit fucked, but the rim is in perfect condition having never seen a brake.
@hillbilly has informed me the cones in the hub are constantly tightening so this wheel could possibly be used just on a turbo and checked regularly but shouldn't be used on the road.
Alternatively you could just strip the wheel and reuse the spokes and rim.
