Chammois are easy to replace, I often replace mine.

DIY or send them somewhere? I've a pair of shorts I'd like to replace the pad in but couldn't source a pad last time I looked.

I just get the gf to do them.

Yeah sourcing a pad is hard. I have lots of shorts that have been ripped in crashed etc, so just come from them.

Ta. I'll have to see where i buried my sewing machine, can't make them any less comfortable than they are now.
