I'm not really sure exactly what it's worth, but I paid £700 for it, and [Ron](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ron_Cooper_(bicycle_framebuilder)'s a legendary figure in frame building.
I guess the extended head tube enables a slightly more upright position.

Is that what this sort of bike is worth? I have a very similar build but Mercian Audax that I was going to put up for sale, probably will ask more than the 300 I wanted last week
PS What do you call it when the top tube is dropped like that?
