Culling is a common way of conserving the habitats and stable populations of herd animals. The main problem here is that Harry is a symbol of inherited privilege, which as has been pointed out basically makes him the same as Hitler.

Also, you should have left your original remark about 'we need to get out of London more' as though our smoke choked brains can't grasp the concept of animal overpopulation.
