Yep, I'm fucked, no amateur organized events with federation referees will accept me with my disc brakes... Well in my home (Asturias) they said that they will allow them... but not sure if the central federation will allow that, and I'm living in Madrid.
So... fuck them! fuck their rules and regulations! I'll stick with Brevets and Super Randonnées for now on. They're puppets for the insurance companies

The Spanish cycling federation have followed suit, they also seem to be banning them from domestic competition as well.
