I work with a guy who has squeezed just over 600bhp out of his RS4.
(His 'sensible' daily is a MkII Golf GTi with 300bhp....)
I also walk past what looks to be a ludicrously specced new RS4 each day. I am currently feeling very drawn towards them....

I'll just leave this here...

I've always loved the first one.
The only one I've not driven is the latest one.

Can I have a drive of yours?

That 911 one is full of errors.
There was never a 3.2 930 Turbo, only a 3.0 and later a 3.3.
The 964 Turbo S was a 1992 only car, not 1994.
The 996 arrived in 1998 for the 1999 model year, not 2000.
The white on a 997 is Carrara white, like the marble, not Carrera white.Lots of the power figures are off too, but maybe that's because America.
4/10. Do it properly or don't fucking bother.

I should have said please. I would genuinely love to.

Bear in mind that I've only ever let two other people drive it and the missus hasn't even had that pleasure.
-

I wouldn't buy that. I've heard bad things with regards to their reliability, and bills on those aren't cheap.

Two things to factor in here:
1) It's German.
2) There's a lot of electrical sorcery going on in there. Therefore it's going to cost a telephone number every time it goes in.

39k miles? What's the catch? Apart from the big bills

Bowel shattering servicing charges.

Get it serviced at an indy and it will be reasonable, but I'm serious when I say your first big bill when something goes wrong will be at least 50% of the purchase price.
I believe one of the common faults with that shape 5 series is something to do with steering column and power steering pumps, fixing that starts at 2.5k

One of my friends can get me f&f discount on leasing brand new Minis, he says the current deal is £0 down, £200/month for an FJCW Mini. If I wasn't saving for a wedding I'd be out placing an order.
-
• #27798
Place an order anyway.

I can confirm that:
- The pride of Brockley is now safely back in SE London.
- Tori liked it a lot more than I thought she would, apart from when I insisted on having the hood down for an hour on the M3 yesterday. Chilly.
- It is stupid fun to drive and I may kill @BRM to obtain it.
Thanks Richie, you're a gent.
