Just came across this lug lining pen for relatively cheap (aside from postage)... Says location is Germany but price is listed in $AUD

I've been in touch with a local signwriter who could be interested in doing the job, but the reality is I'm unlikely to get change out of £100 for his doing the work. Of getting him involved though, I'd be tempted to get some box lining done at the same time.
Your Pentel Paint Marker idea could be a good alternative to give a go for only £3 or so. I'd be happy with the lugs lined in Gold. Not sure what size I'd go for though.
