Under 'routes', if you select one then look on the bottom LHS, you'll see options to export. I prefer TCX, it's a GPX track with rudimentary directions baked in.

I tried TCX on the Buck Blinder diy ish. I didn't like how it popped up directions at the bottom. It seemed a little unwilling to do turn by turn as well. In the end I turned off the track and just followed a coloured line. It was actually nice not to have the beeping all the time. Problem is, if I'm not paying attention I can lose the track and not know about it because there's no warning beep. Be good if you could have the 'off course' alarm sound but not have to enable TBT nav.

As far as I can see, free level of RideWithGPS won't allow me to export the route for use on my Garmin. Seems I have to pay for a premium subscription if I want to do this.
Am I going to have to do the right thing and actually pay?
