Thing is I like the SKX but for what I use it for it's not ideal. Fine for general use, swimming and on the bike etc. but it has been stopped on a few occasions after a big wave smashes me. I've been assured that it doesn't damage the watch but I'd rather have something not affected by shocks. And for that I think Quartz is better. I'll save up and get myself a nice Omega Seamaster at some point.
I like the Citizen I linked and at £180 I think it's fair (ISO certified divers) but what else would be suggested in that price range?
