I think you have to start completing the group yourself. Small chances that somebody has all this group completed & available for sale. Especially now when I observe Mavic retro parts are getting more and more expensive! You have to have a good luck in finding cheap parts or be prepared to spend a lot of cash to complete 1000 SSC group (esp. brake set).
Be careful with the crankset, they have a bad opinion. On velobase somebody wrote they tend to fracture. Anyway they are very rare. As for crank you have good oportunity on ebay buying left and right arms separately:
As for brake calipers and levers... mission impossible. You have to be patient and aim to long term research. A week ago I bought Mavic 430 levers from retrobike.co.uk. They were listed in the thread from 2013. Imagine how happy I was when heard they were still available!
