I finished building wheels (kinlin xr22t with offset rear / alpine iii / novatec) and did a quick mockup. In the rear the 28mm tyre leaves comfortable ~5mm clearance on both sides, front is 28mm max. but fits.
This is properly good, looking forward to the full build
