Make sure the Raltecs fit. P2 stays are very narrow.
Watts lost will be pretty insignificant if it fits.

Yeah fits good. (just)
I need to modifiy the cover, as it was for open pros, so the holes are a bit close to the rim, so need to widen them a little inwards.

Progress last night was limited to getting my hipster approved wheel out of the bag, it still holds air good.
Also found a brake (sadly rear) and good pads in my spares box. And a -17 stem, sadly it's 120mm, which I think will be at least 10mm to long, but we'll see.
futher I started widening the holes on the raltech to fit the fulcrum, but it's not quite a perfect fit yet, bit ripply, more work to be done there.

switch to rear aerospoke and risers?

Bars came. Quick tape measure says I'll need to bring the pads up 4cm and back in by 1cm from current position.
@umop3pisdn Should I bring bars up by spacers under flat stem or different angle stem but slammed and cut spare steerer tube?

double.

Still need a front brake. Unless I rob one of one of my other bikes.
I think I'll rob one, unless I see a tri ring omega front for cheap.

You might find that aero spacer hits the TT if you've got a low stack bearing cover, I think Tester had issues with his Mk1 Ventus on hsi T3.

Yeah good point.
I look online and the calculator said -17 would be flat, but it isn't. Just tried a -8 and its a bit pointed up, but actually it barley increased the frontal area, possibly better as it doesn't block the headtube to air flow might be cleaner (really splitting hairs). Which gives me the right floor to pad. So I'll probs use that, slammed and then cut steerer tube when happy.
Yeah 20c record.
They collectors items now? It's 4 years old. That wheels been maturing in my loft for 3!Pm me re brake. For sure thanks.

Decided to run p2m on this bike. So need to buy some 110bcd chainrings. 56t outer I think. Maybe a 40t inner.
Think miche make the only ones.
Other progress tonight was fitting the bb for cranks.

WAnted to wire up the Di2. But CRC seem to be taking forever to send a couple bits I need, they took ages last time too. Yawn.
Will just do the brakes instead. Boring.

And I still need a decent disc I think, that raltech cover just isn't looking very nice.

Flo an option too - they have a sale coming up.

You got the 90 deep front right? Do you rate it? TBH, I'd rather a Hed. I know hed wheels are great and built well. But ££ unless 2nd hand. Plus importing from states.

Just entered the 10 on E2/10 on 7th May. So I need to be up and running before then! Want a new pb.

Disc an option too as you're after a clincher. I have a 90 front, yet to use it though and I don't have data on it. Hopefully fast though!
Jet 90 is definitely a super fast wheel with the right tyre.

What hub/rim is your cover designed for?
-
• #45
An open pro. I cut the holes so they are a bit closer in. But maybe that's why it still doesn't fit great.
-
• #46
I'll say hi as you fly past me on the E2, if I can.
-
• #47
Are you marshaling it? Thanks!

Nearly everything to build up now.

What hub? Thinking of selling?
Found a raltech disc cover in my parts box and a spare fulcrum 7, 11sp campag, for which I actually have a 11-25 cassette. So that'll be my disc wheel, unless someone gifts me a hed jet disc.
How many watts will I lose? Can't be too many...
