What I will say, however, is that a 63cm frame fits me, but I have drop bars, and because of the frame size, they can't be as low as I would like them to be, so, if you like your handlebars as low as they can get, someone around 6'1"-6'2" should get something like a 56cm frame, otherwise, you could easily go up to a 60-63cm, and have less seatpost showing, it's all personal preference
