I have an old Shimano which you can have. Quite low profile, certainly compared to a modern caliper. I'll have a look.
RE bars, erm I don't know what would be faster tbh. Probably flat stem and these? If not then I'd say slammed positive stem.

Still need a front brake. Unless I rob one of one of my other bikes.
