It's only going to get worse. There weren't many famous people once upon a time, but we're getting to the stage now when the first generation of 'mass fame' are of an age where they're going to start dropping.
Actually, I saw Victoria Wood walking around Soho about 5, 6 years ago, and she looked really well, pretty even. Sad...
