I don't know about Rhodes but the Gray figure of £9m includes Burnley getting promoted and staying in the Premier League for a season, it was about £6m up front. Just after we signed him Luton released details of what they'd get with the sell-on fee so you could work out the actual fee. I suspect some of the figures on there could be a bit of a guess.
