uhh how ? The already do
PS4 (sometimes ~PS3)
Xbone (sometimes ~360)

(random things like Vita, DS XL etc..)It's just a base level game with higher gfx for neo. Since the gfx already start at higher res textures etc.. it's not a massive increase in work.
Seems to be a storm in a tea cup for nothing. You don't HAVE to buy it. The games HAVE to run on PS4, but do NOT have to be upgraded to run on NEO.

Just means the cost is going to rocket for developers though right? Sony really know how to shoot themselves in the foot.
