My weight chart shows possibly a very slight downward slope from 78.5 - 78.0,
A big step Down to 76.5
Possibly a very slight downward slope from 76.5 - 76.0.
The step was a stomache bug that prevented eating for 24 hours, yet I still took the kids skiing. I'm just happy I managed to stabilise the loss.
