Just looking for something more powder friendly than the volkl mantras I'm riding just now. They're 98 underfoot, 184s, and absolute missiles, but would like a second pair that were there for the deeper days. The mantras are pretty good in pow but are basically a fat GS ski with a slight rocker. Quite fancy a pair of the candides, maybe the 3.0s.
Was flagging up the crazy cheap prices on freeze mainly. I'll probably hold off till next season.

Sick days come in a few widths, like the supernatural and are all fairly different skis. Which ones were you looking at? The wider ones are good for deep tree-run days, as they are fairly soft and have a tapered tail so make for easy short turns in pow.
