  • Been on Huel for past two months - started on one 3 x scoop of Huel in 500ml water for breakfast, just with teaspoon of cinnamon added. Past two weeks I've been on 2 x 3 scoop Huel breakfast and lunch. Have come down from 14st 9ibs to 13st 12, with little to no exercise, just eating normal meal at night, cutting out the crap - crisps, chocolate, biscuits etc.

    Feel loads better and more energy, sleeping better - skin has broken out in spots but apparently that is quite common when starting on higher protein diets. Totally recommend it
