    Think I must have had a lot of water retention from drinking alcohol and eating salty biltong because I doubt I lost 4kg in a week. Pity I hadn't been tracking my % water. Got back to running this week and really varied it; hills one day, flat roads and a very muddy trail run in Dulwich woods yesterday.

    Now onwards to 92kg and just being overweight rather than obese!
