was a guy riding down to Dam square on a RIH mtb with an elevated stay,in nothing but speedos last week, arguably hipster moves, but he's slap headed, clean shaven and over 60
i actually saw him in the Jordaan before, took off in pursuit to document him , but he was fast in my state of shock and i had a cam bat fail
must be some kinda free spirit vibe, riding in speedos/skiddy underwear
slaphead is said to also climb trees in the Vondelpark in the summer
