Ok chainrings.
I want a 56t 110bcd chainring to put on the 3dplus p2m.
Which one? Also guess I need a 42 inner ring? Or can I run a 39?
I've only seen the miche one http://www.acycles.co.uk/miche-supertype-crono-chainring-110mm-black-5595.html?utm_source=google_produit_cpc&gclid=Cj0KEQjwosK4BRCYhsngx4_SybcBEiQAowaCJbdNii372j12meaShT9eWPSpKIhw9K73M_m0UPT74rgaAtje8P8HAQ#null

You might get away with a 39T, but the recommended maximum gap is 16T, so a 40T would be safe. Make sure your RD has enough capacity if you're going to exploit the maximum difference up front.
