I would love it if you could get a dust cover for 75DDs

Get regular 75's with a sealed bb.
Everything miche make is made of cheese.

I've never had a problem with GXP bottom brackets. And this in all weather and conditions (road and CX bikes).

That is really not fair. Their Miche Primato Advanced cranks are not that bad. Their chainrings are also OK--not great but OK. The hubs are also OK.. Not in the same league as Campa, Shimano or Phil Woods but also cost a fraction.. The Miche Pistard tubular wheels are as boutique wheels go a reasonable deal. For a beginner wanting a boutique wheelset they are not even a bad choice.. Their lockring is a bit too soft but also cheap and the alternatives are expensive (Phil Wood or Campa). If you use a suitable lockring tool-- you want to grab more than just two slots-- they're fine. I've seen a number of people use them on Phil hubs ..

I saw a lot of people complaining about the Miche parts. But what exactly is the problem with them? Is it just bad reputation or is there actually a difference you can feel when using them? Do the pedal threads strip out quickly? Do they flex or bend or even break?

Im interested if he isn't!

I borrowed my girlfriend's clincher pistards to race on last night. They're okay. Even with good tyres and latex tubes they felt sluggish and slow. Heavy too. Not too stiff either in a sprint.
Also- that whole sprocket carrier system and terrible lockring. Yuk.I generally think people are talking shit when they say "I could feel the cranks flexing" but the miche track cranks really do feel like spaghetti compared to almost everything else. The rings are not stiff either.
Just personal preference / experience I suppose.

The carrier system goes on a regular cog thread, so you can also just run cogs the normal way.

@Skülly my main issue with them...
The photos are, however, not of a Miche but of a Campagnolo Pista crank. From the lower photo I think the arm had a longer term crack development and gobs of tribocorrosion-- I see a lot of what on my monitor looks like black oxidation. I strongly suspect that crank was involved in a crash at one point as "ordinary" fatigue cracks and corrosion look-- again on my monitor-- a little bit different. My suspicions aside, alloy cranks can and do break from fatigue and tribocorrosion-- just like alu handlebars, stems and other parts. The position of the break is, I think, an indication of good design .The most "popular" place for cranks to break is the pedal eye and spider-- another potential problem came from engraved logos.

Sluggish? Compared to what? Heavy? The tubular Pistards-- my wife has a set-- are ~1900g. The current Mavic Eclipse tubulars are just a few grams lighter but much less robust-- 20 spokes front and rear versus 24/32-- and much more expensive. For a factory wheelset they are really OK-- I can't really say anything bad about the build quality.

I hope you're wrong, I recently got myself a Miche 51t chainring and haven't got around to try it yet. Seems like Miche stuff hasn't so much of good reputation.
Tbh I still would prefer Pistard wheels over ellipses. At least their axles don't break so often and they don't charge so much for almost 2Kg of wheel.

Interestingly I feel that there are two factions concerning BB standard. Square Taper for European track riders, Outboard bearnings for US track (and Omniums on fixed gear street bikes). I wonder why..

I ride my omniums in the crappiest weathers. Still didn't change the BB after 2 years, can't complain for 125 cranks and BB all in. Plenty stiff for my tooth stick legs
