Agreed. (Although @Brameses is right about capacity, I was carrying round 12 kilos of crap the other day on the outpost - I weighted panniers once home - and while it was perfectly fine and stable, I could tell reaching the manufacturer's limit of 20 kilos could be a bit much maybe)
I now regret a bit not having had the patience to try find the outpost front rack in black rather than "scandium" grey. Because I now want a rear rack I'm stuck. Rear matching outpost rack has a weird design (although I like the look). I think it wouldn't support properly my Ortliebs, too high, no dog legs, etc... Another brand rack would have to be black (i.e. Tortec epic), non colour matching, bit annoying, although functionally fine.
Anywhere in London I can see the rear outpost? Maybe I'm wrong about ortliebs on it?
