Mantel seemed to be the last place with them in stock, but they only had two pairs about 2 months ago. Can't see anywhere now unfortunately

lovely, understated build.

Thanks. First time I've ever built a new bike with a new groupset and parts. Learned quite a bit from it which would make a second build go together in about half the time

keep the fridge full, measure twice cut once, always second guess what the box says
hope it rides as nice as it looks :)

Hot pink Supersix has hot pink bartapez. It matches better irl. Tempted by hot pink Maap bottles, might be too far?!
Complete with hot pink Rapha #fullkitwanker. Don't worry, the hot pink PT socks are in the post.

Ha, measure twice, get someone else to cut once (after also measuring twice!). And having to RTFM for a chain, and spend more time reading about the cable mount point for the 6800 FD then actually taking to set it up.
Also;adapters, adapters everywhere!
But yeah, rides really nicely. Stiff as a very stiff thing, plush enough on 28mm Schwalbe Ones, and the potential to get 25mm lower at the front if I work on my flexibility

truss i was tagged in that rapha release about 15 times!
I'm always on the look out for their old pink LS PT Jersey, missed it when it was available and only XXLs available in the archive :(
RE: setup, man I hear you. As both an anxious person and a shit mechanic, I max out on 'how to' youtube videos before doing anything! Having had a fucking mare setting up my 5800 FD, I can confirm that the cable mounting direction is actually very important...

I find a good way of getting the tension sorted is to set the lower screw limiter higher rubbing the chain, tighten cable, and then unscrew it to stop it rubbing on chain and keep a tight cable.

I found this really helpful http://www.moonigan.co.uk/index.php/2015/05/15/how-to-setup-a-shimano-ultegra-6800-front-derailleur/
I think it should be the same with a 5800? -

Stolen:
Blue Cannondale cross bike belonging to @Gustav - pretty distinctive, only one I've seen like it.
Keep an eye out, especially around east london

Small bike is small.

Build is starting to come together. Put on the 6800 from the Vapour in the background and replaced that with 5800 so I have something to ride whilst I exchange the wrong size post. When bought on Black Friday I hadn't thought a 'Dale with tiny seatpost diameter was on the horizon.

It was resolved in the end - mostly - and I've been racing the bike most weekends since
Those saddles...
