• Stem and saddle sorted. Need to move the levers down the bars now, not sure what they where thinking when building the bike.

    Anyhow, first ride on it today and love it. The frame coupled with 25mm Veloflex Corsa at 85/95psi certainly makes for a much smoother ride than my Aluminium bike with 23mm tyres. Prefer the Antares too over my regular Arione.

  • I really like that the R2 finally has fully internal cables. The early external ones looked a bit cheap (relative to their retail price)

    Arguably the upgrade for a Cervelo is rotor cranks. There are a few people flogging them on the forum at the moment. Also I'd keep the 105 groupset. It's bomb proof and not that much heavier than Ultegra

  • Rotor 3d+ cranks get, just waiting for the rings to turn up now. Have gone with Campag Chorus for the rest of the groupset which I'll no doubt regret as soon as it refuses to play with the Rotor cranks/ (NoQ) chainrings
