    That is really not fair. Their Miche Primato Advanced cranks are not that bad. Their chainrings are also OK--not great but OK. The hubs are also OK.. Not in the same league as Campa, Shimano or Phil Woods but also cost a fraction.. The Miche Pistard tubular wheels are as boutique wheels go a reasonable deal. For a beginner wanting a boutique wheelset they are not even a bad choice.. Their lockring is a bit too soft but also cheap and the alternatives are expensive (Phil Wood or Campa). If you use a suitable lockring tool-- you want to grab more than just two slots-- they're fine. I've seen a number of people use them on Phil hubs ..

  • I saw a lot of people complaining about the Miche parts. But what exactly is the problem with them? Is it just bad reputation or is there actually a difference you can feel when using them? Do the pedal threads strip out quickly? Do they flex or bend or even break?
