Realistically in most situation going slightly faster than the speed limit or a bit of dodgy parking on a high-street isn't dangerous and the penalties are reflected by how severely you are prosecuted.

As a driver you should not be driving at speeds where you can't adequately see what is going on.
You do come across as very selfish, and utterly in denial that drivers have a greater duty of care and responsibility.
It is this kind of attitude and ignorance that causes the problem.
