meh, I'm not that fussed about adding stuff to the stem bolts. As long as they're torqued up, I'm not heavy enough to worry.
I have never angled my garmin due to the sun, nor needed an external charger ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I can ride ~200km and my 800 will still have 30% battery left, and I'm unlikely to ride much further in a day.
I'm not sure I like the idea of anything messing with the stem bolt interface.
Also, it means you can't tilt the display when the sun glare is on it and presumably means you can't run an external power supply without bending the connectors?
