First Talbot I've seen that is anti, IMO. Those wheels are a joke. I think the frame could be rescued with some serious toning down.

I like the Talbot with the loud wheels. Loud is good.

That's better! I'm not offended by the loudness per se, but the clash of different shades of red, especially in different materials, looked incongruous. See also, nearly every build with anodised hubs and headsets, but maybe that's just me.

(Still think it would even better with black stays to match the seat tube.)
