Can't help with the internal cable routing, but I drilled a little hole in the bottom of the fork leg on my Thorn forks for the dynamo. Cable comes out of the hole under the fork crown...

not really, sorry! Bike is with my lbs for the next fortnight at least.

Basically the underside of the Crown is open - I.e. You can see inside the steerer. so you can get a cable up inside the fork leg.

I just drilled a little hole in the inside of the fork leg a couple of inches above the fork end
